InDesign thoughts

5 THINGS THAT WE LEARNED IN INDESIGN

InDesign contains the ability to customize text, vector artwork, and images. Makes it one of the best applications for newspapers or brochures, etc.

When executing the block-set type, I experienced positives and negatives. For instance, the type tool was easy to figure out as it guides you through its ability to lock on.

InDesign operates with a diverse array of fonts, making my task of selecting fonts trouble-free. You are able to access sans-serif, serif, Rockwell, etc.

-  A useful tool for drawing lines and silhouettes is the Pen Tool (P). For more organic shapes, combine the Smooth Tool and Pencil Tool (N). For creating badges, borders, and stamps, the Rectangle (M), Ellipse (L), and Polygon Tools are excellent starting points.

With the tools of InDesign, we are able to display different gestalt principles as we are able to customize them enough to produce them. In addition it was able to present me the concept without encountering a problem.

-We would also learned how to save a file, in other words a preset. learned how to put the margins, units, column, and width and height. This would help us in the future as we know the proportions for upcoming projects we working on.
